Manufacture Process

Hihero heavy duty tire products are produced with a semi-automatic process, aided by computerized system. With the help from this technology, we are able to minimize manpower and operating costs, while at the same time achieving top quality by employing more than 400 technicians, engineers and other supporting employees at our 70,400 sq.m. factory.

We test to find excellent manufacturing machinery from suppliers worldwide before the installation at the modern factory compound of HIHERO Co.,Ltd.
